To race in class, the owner of a 707 must be a member of the Class Association. This costs £30 per year and grants one vote per boat at the AGM and any EGM.
Additionally, regular 707 sailors can optionally become a Crew/Associate member for £10, which keeps them in the loop with class developments but does not offer a vote. This Crew Membership category has proved popular, with nearly 30 Crew Members.
